Nextal was built in Québec, French-first, and works just as well in English. The interface, email and text templates, career site and support are available in both languages, for your teams and your candidates.
Our servers are in Beauharnois, your database (including your candidates’ files and résumés) is in Montréal, and AI processing runs in Québec City. You know where your candidates’ personal information is, which makes your privacy obligations simpler, including under Québec’s Law 25.
One job posting, published in a few clicks to Indeed, to Jobillico and to Google for Jobs. You reach candidates on the big boards and the ones who search on Québec job sites.
Our prices are public and in Canadian dollars: no exchange rate moving your invoice, no hidden fees.
Our team works with you from the demo through onboarding, then day to day: bilingual support from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time on Québec business days, and online training sessions for your users.
A career site in your brand colours, and your jobs posted to Indeed, Jobillico and Google for Jobs.
Automatic résumé parsing, AI candidate-job matching that recommends the best profiles, and Boolean search across your candidate database.
A stage-by-stage pipeline for every job, collaboration with your hiring managers, tasks and reminders.
Gmail or Outlook email sync, text messages, automated sequences, and interview scheduling with calendar sync and self-booking links.
Real-time dashboards, time-to-close, permissions by security group, and bulk import of your candidates.
For agencies and teams that manage clients and job orders, available with the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Your candidates’ records and résumés are hosted in Québec and never leave Québec, and neither does their AI processing. Only what is needed to send your emails and text messages (the recipient’s address or number, their name and the message) goes through our sending providers, named in our privacy policy, along with the data of any optional integration you choose to turn on, such as Gmail or Google Calendar.
Nextal is built to help you meet your privacy obligations, including under Québec’s Law 25:
Compliance remains your organisation’s responsibility; Nextal acts as your service provider and supports you along the way.
Prices in Canadian dollars. Monthly plans with no commitment.
Expect one day on the Essential plan, and usually 2 to 4 weeks on the Pro and Enterprise plans, depending on your IT team’s availability.

The price mostly depends on the number of users. With Nextal, expect $79 (Essential) or $99 (Pro) per user per month billed annually, in Canadian dollars, plus a one-time setup fee that covers data migration and training. When you compare, always check the billing currency, setup fees and paid add-ons: many foreign tools bill in US dollars.
